Refund and Cancellation Policy
Thank you for availing our services. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully regarding any subscription, membership, or purchase of products from our platform. This policy provides important information about your orders and purchases.
1. Refund Policy
For purchases made on the platform, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be initiated unless explicitly stated otherwise in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. Grievance Officer
A refund may be initiated by us (SISE) pursuant to your making a written complaint to our grievance officer. The grievance officer will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 (forty-eight) hours and resolve it within 1 (one) month. The contact details of our grievance officer are as follows:

Upon receiving a refund request, the grievance officer will issue a ticket number that the user can use to track the status of their request.
Once the grievance officer has examined and verified the veracity of your request, you will receive an email confirming whether SISE will initiate a refund.
3. Refunds
A user may file a refund request with the grievance officer upon the occurrence of any of the following events:
a. The institution is unable to provide the services requested by you.
b. The institution’s services are deemed subpar or unsatisfactory. Documentary evidence must be provided by the user to support such claims.
c. The institution notifies a change in timing for providing its services, and the revised schedule is unsuitable for the user.
d. The user agrees and acknowledges that any coupon or voucher used during purchase will be reactivated in the user’s account as long as it has not expired.
4. Processing of Refund
Your refund request will be processed within the timeline specified below:

5. Cancellation Policy
a. If a user chooses to cancel a class with the institution, it must be done at least 1 (one) week in advance. Fees for the cancelled class will be refunded as credits to the user’s profile account and can be used to book other classes or sessions with any partner institution on the platform. SISE reserves the right to penalize excessive, delayed, or last-minute cancellations. For single-class bookings not part of a membership, delayed or last-minute cancellations may attract a penalty.
b. A user may cancel their subscription to the platform at any time. Subscription fees for the following month will not be charged.
c. SISE may, at its sole discretion, cancel your purchase of services:
d. If an incomplete payment has been made by the user on the platform.
e. If SISE suspects a user has undertaken a fraudulent transaction or a transaction that violates the Terms of Use of the platform.
f. If the services purchased by the user are unavailable.
g. Due to circumstances beyond the control of SISE, including logistical issues.
h. In such cases, SISE will refund the fees paid by the user.
i. SISE maintains a list of fraudulent transactions and non-compliant users and reserves the right to deny them access at any time or cancel future orders placed by them.
